Jonathan aims for his images of the natural world to be thought provoking and engaging, hopefully enticing people to delve deeper into the biodiversity and ecosystems of the planet that we make our home.

Recently Jonathan has been concentrating on photographing reptiles and amphibians, and has started with his personal family, which includes tree frogs, corn snakes and a chameleon. He has been trying to push his photography with new techniques and new ways of photographing under the tricky conditions inherent in producing images of small animals often kept in low light vivariums.
